The role of the Press remains the same throughout the world in terms of their importance to society. The Press must be loyal to the People by providing them with information, and knowledge. Anyone that threatens Freedom of Speech which is basic Human Rights seeks to have control over the People. The responsibility of the Press is to bring all things to the attention of the People so that they can be enlightened.
