Le 25 janvier 2012 par IVOIREBUSINESS - The United states of America labeled since ever as the first international super power all over the world, keeps on ruling the

whole world by making the international rules :It's the way it is in this world of competition and interdependency...But one must bear in mind that the official international power and authority of "Usa" stemmed historically in Europe from " World WAR 2" , when american general of army(Marshal) in an international solidarity spirit, had thought of an economic plan to revival most of the european countries weakened economically after "World war 2":That historical economic plan was called at that precise period in (1947), (Marshal economic plan backed up by a huge amount of american dollars to support european countries)! It had permitted most of the european countries such as: France, ENGLAND, BELGIUM, Germany, to revival their economy at that precise time...Consequently, those european countries as a whole, paid a tribute to the United states of America till now!("Interdependence and the nation state in one world"):"HISTORY OF The discovery of the United states of America")(...) In 1492, "Christopher Columbus" sailed accross the Atlantic seeking a western passage to "India". To his dying day, "Columbus" believed he had landed in "India"("West indies"), but had in fact discovered "America"...Therefore, his epic voyage had momentous consequences. The conquest of the new world of "America" by the european powers change the nature of world politics. Great empires like those of "Rome" and "Egypt" had risen anf fallen before, but the european powers, with their ships, guns and trinkets, opened up the world on an unprecedented scale. Five hundred years later, even an explorer like "Christopher Columbus" would have been astonished at the world he had played a part in creating. Today, all national governments operate in an interdependent world: Information, money, weapons, technology, pollution, values, radiation, food, computers, deals, images, aid, tourists, drugs, diseases, data, all flow rapidly round the globe, giving national governments more opportunities, but also posing more threats to their traditional authority. In truth, states have always been influenced by what happens outside their borders: Key events in world history such as the french and russian revolutions echoed round the world, even without television and fax machines. The Vatican was a powerful transnational organisation long before anyone had heard of the "Ford Motor company". As a matter of fact, we must avoid the mistake of assuming that what is important must therefore be new...More generally, governments have always been the agencies through which societies deal with each other: This is one their core functions. They have always sought to manipulate the outside world to their own advantage and to develop "domestic" society to further their international ambitions! In the ivorian post elections turmoil in "West Africa" since APRIL 2011, huge economic interest were at stake in this part of "Africa" called the gulf of "Guinea", a major economic target for all western powers now, ranging from Europeans to Americans! But in the long run, everyone should have benefited from the ivorian economic cake, when getting a piece of the cake, or any share, regardless of selfishness and greed...In addition to that crucial interdependent issue, the "Ivory Coast", under "Allassane Ouattara's regime should have garanted the international fundamental human rights and democracy values, dear to any western structure powers: That's the roots of the sudden change of fortune, as far as "Allassane Ouattara's regime is concerned internationally: He then got other serious troubles right now: He's loosing gradually the support of his main ally(USA), as well as the support of the ivorian country people, a slice of his ivorian political allies(pdci), the army, also the streets of "Abidjan": Moreover, his unability to comprehend the dynamics of the ivorian nation seems to be a sign of what might happen in the country later on!: But the controversy will still go on, when "Allassane Ouattara", being labeled as an unprecedented earlier saviour in the "Ivory Coast"(since April 2011), seems to be nicknamed a so called tyran in disguise, within eight months of lack of government capacity !
