is concerned in the "Ivory Coast", because the so called government of "Alassane Ouattara" is not legitimate, also not the right rightful power according to the ivorian constitution! In the same trend, the american sociologist "Talcott Parsons" argues that political power is the capacity of a government to draw on the commitments of its citizens so as to achieve collective goals such as law and order, protection from attack and economic growth. The more powerful the government is, the more effective it would be at achieving the goals of the whole community. For the american sociologist "Parsons", then power in politics was not just a matter of one social group or political party jostling with others to win control of the state...Rather, power was the effective tool which enabled rulers to achieve the objectives of society. In the current ivorian turmoil, the controversy lay in the crucial reality that violence, looting, slaughter performed by "ALASSANE Ouattara" bloody west african rebels and mercenaries, are undoubtedly one of the most disgraceful form of power in the new millenium. But the frequency of wars, both between nations within them, testifies to its importance in history. But just as history is about more than warfare, so power involves more than force! Consequently, history can record that the winners of "war world 2" had created the united nations and its security council to control the whole world politically, affecting the post colonial african nations as a whole. For example, the international backing up of "Alassane Ouattara" during the ivorian presidential in november 28th 2010 was a western significant trumpet that "Laurent Gbagbo" was the common western enemy! Right now, in the "Ivory Coast", we are on our our way to a lawful and constitutional crash becasuse "Gbagbo" still remains the legitimate president of the "Ivory Coast" according to the ivorian constitution. On the other hand, the ivorian nation is still walking through the wilderness, being on the brink of a fire road despite the apparent cease fire in the country. Meanwhile, "ALASSANE OUATARA's" west african rebels and mercenaries are still meeting heavy resistance in two main districts of the economic capital city, namely in the district of "Yopougon" where most ivorian patriots are not ready to surrender! In reality, the road to peace and reconciliation in the "Ivory Coast" seems to be a goal that might not be attained as long as the country remains like a no man's land and a banana republic, under the rule of bloody west african rebels and mercenaries of "Alassane OUATTARA"! Unquestionably, an international justice has to investigate on the human rights violation since the start of the northern rebellion of'( September 2002) till now where almost (1000 people) perished in odious conditions in the city of "Duekoué" in the weste of "IVORY COASt", also in the economic capital city "Abidjan" after the french miltary permanent air raids where more than (1000) unarmed patriots used as human shields lost their lives! Therefore, preliminary investigations and alleged crimes performed by the godfather of the ivorian rebellion, "Allasane Ouattara" has to begin under the control of an international justice so as to tell nothing but the whole truth. Peace is as stake and Never forget that, he who lives by the sword, will perish by the sword! Time will tell..
