Le 05 septembre 2012 par IVOIREBUSINESS - This issue is about "Imperialism", a major and senstive issue without doubt, namely in the third world! What it is and how it works, and why, if It goes on? it will eventually destroy us as third world states,

particularly african countries! It deals also with the Revolutionary consciousness that is rising gradually throughout AFRICA, a consciousness that repudiates the basic assumptions of "Imperialism" and is directly challenging its power. This worldwide struggle between "Imperialism" and "Revolution" over many decades in its many forms and those who are determined to ovethrow it, is the single greatest issue of our era; every lesser struggle is linked to it. The battle is engaged and will grow in intensity and whether we like it or not, or even know it or not, we are all active participants being committed journalists!
("THE FACE OF CAPITALISM"):
The capitalist system is extolled by the great majority of Americans and by most citizens of Western countries. It is the system that preside
Kennedy pledged America would defend regardless of the cost, and regardless of the peril. It is the system which millions of young men in
successive wars have sacrificed their lives to preserve, because they were led to believe that it is only this system and no other that can preserve their "Freedom"."Freedom" for the most AMERICANS means "Freedom" to do what they please without interference from the state, and this Freedom they have shown by their actions they believe is worth dying for. Capitalism, in the minds of most Americans, is synonymous with democracy; outside of "Capitalism", they believe, all the civil rights that men have fought for: "Freedom of Religion", "Freedom of thought and Speech", "Freedom of Assembly", "Freedom of the press", "Freedom from arbitrary arrest" would be endangered. These liberties are precious, but they have only been achieved, and then only partially, through great struggle over a long period. They were, however, liberties fought for by the "Bourgeoisie" for the "Bourgeoisie" against "Feudalism". When "Capitalism" became established, their extension to the workers was resisted. So for the workers, their "Freedoms" were not achieved by "Capitalism", but in spite of it! Each new development of individual liberty has in turn been won always against the most bitter opposition of those in control of the "Capitalist" societies. Today, "Capitalism", far from defending these hard-won rights of the people, represents their greatest threat.
If "Capitalism" was all that its defenders claim it to be, we would expect to find in the land where this system has reached the highest level of development, a society whose citizens would reflect in their behaviour the nobility and wisdom that must arise from a humane and rational ordering of affairs. We would not expect a perfect Society, or a Society of perfect individuals, for humans even under the best of conditions are not angels. We would find greedy, passionate and bigoted people there as we find them everywhere. But in a social order extolled so highly by its Citizens for the Freedoms and Democracy it provides, we surely and legitimately can expect to see public philosophies and an overall quality
of life that would encourage the rest of mankind to follow in the same path.
The Land OF America itself provided a marvellous crucible for the development of such a society. In another Country can you find landscape of such infinite variety and grandeur; no land could offer more to a people setting out to build a new society!
"We can partly come to the conclusion that "Imperialism" and "new colonial powers" are still taking higher ground in the third world, namely in the whole AFRICA! But the controversy still goes on when the implementation of Imperialism in some post-colonial african states can be achieved in conspiracy with new african slave masters in disguise! Any man can be "BABYLON", someone said it in his lyrics! Watch out and Free Africa from the chains of new economic slavery days!
