Romain Py, Head of Transactions, AIIM (African Infrastructure Investment Managers)

Romain is responsible for originating and executing investments into infrastructure projects and companies for AIIMs infrastructure funds.

Jack van der Merwe, Chief Executive Officer, Gautrain

Jack is currently the CEO of the Gautrain Management Agency tasked with overseeing the building and operation of the Gautrain, overseeing the implementation of the Concession Agreement with the Bombela Concession Company.

Stanley Kamau, Director, PPP Unit, Ministry of Finance, Kenya

He was appointed to this position in February 2010. He is currently assisting the Government of Kenya in setting up the PPP Unit and to spearhead, coordinate and assess PPP projects in Kenya.

Eng. M C Munodawafa, Chief Executive Officer, Zambezi River Authority

Managing in a sustainable manner, the water resources of the Zambezi River common to Zambia and Zimbabwe and the Kariba Dam complex and any future dams or infrastructure on the river forming the border between the two countries.

William Michael Dachs, Chief Operating Officer, Gautrain

Prior to joining the Gautrain Management Agency in 2010 where he now works as the Chief Operating Officer, William Dachs was the Head of the Public Private Partnership Unit at the South African National Treasury and was one of the Units founding members in 2000.
