"POLITICS IN WEST AFRICA": A BLUNDER LEADS TO A SO CALLED ELECTION ON MASSIVE FRAUDS GROUNDS IN THE IVORY COAST?

seems to bear responsability for the atrocities being perpetrated by the ivorian regime, namely the slaughter of innocent and unarmed civilians in the city of "DUEKOUE" in the west of the "IVORY COAST" twice, but many were those who sought credit for his ouster and the return to democracy in the "IVORY COAST", an outcome which brought "hosannah" and "salvation" three years ago, in a west african country called "GHANA"! But in reality, the ivorian history can record the major fact that , it was "ALLASSANE OUIATTARA", through different strategies and manners, who put in action behind closed doors military speaking, the so called dark events that led to his ignominious flight from the country in (2002-2003)... It seems that throughout his career, he had faithfully adhered to a relevant and smart strategic advice: "Don't start a fight until you know you can win it! Now , he faltered, several times... The first mistake, from which all others would follow, came in (December 24th 1999), date of the first ivorian military coup! That was the first time when coming back triumphantly, "ALLASSAne Ouattara" announced officially inthe ivorian media that it was not a coup... He was hopeful and optimistic that he coud take over softly in the "Ivory COAST", but unfortunately, the military led by "GENERAl Guei" seized power for a political transition indeed! Morever, the "black mercedes coup" between (2000-2002) was another obvious sign of his stubborness to take over by any means possible in the country , but the coup finally failed! In the same trend, in (September 19th 2002), the second official mlilitary coup in the "Ivory COAST" targeted at former president "Laurent GBAGBO" regime met heavy resistance in the economic capital city (ABIDJAN)!In consequence, ivorian rebel soldiers withdrew in the centre and north of the country, namely in the cities of "BOUAKE" and "KORHOGO"...("REMINDER of the Major Facts"): After the democratic elections in (2000) had led to "GENERAL GUEI's ouster and brought into left -wing leader "Laurent Gbagbo", more liberal power structures were scared by that proud and nationalist leader 'seizure of power in the "IVORY Coast", because of an unprecendented higher scale of liberal mass media's propaganda machine that has preceded his seizure of power !Down the line, the ivorian rebel soldiers who withdrew in the north of the country never gave up either, but felt determined to continue their so called struggle against "Gbagbo's regime, backed up by some western powers and secret services in disguise: Meanwhile, rebel soldier leader "Ibrahim COULIBALY" (IB) left for "Burkina FASO", when "SORO Guillaume", a civilian close to "ALLASSANE OUATTARA" took over military speaking! What will come next is that "ALLASSANE OUATTARA" has been accused of sponsoring the ivorian rebellion since "Soro GUILLAUME" run that rebellion, because of some relevant sayings and affirmations of rebel soldiers, through films shot in the north of the country! But today when coming back to the the ivorian realities and facts, retaliations in the country through permanent urban guerilla actions and attacks, can be labeled as the result of lack of legitimacy and real seizure on the ivorian armed forces: How can one lead a country without having a relevant influence on the military, being officially the ivorian authorities' bedrocks? Are in the same trend the ivorian authorities undermined right now? That’s the fundamental issue to solve in the "Ivory COAST". Time will really tell...
