IVORY COAST: 19 th SEPTEMBER 2002/ 19TH SEPTEMBER 2012. The roots of this on going neo colonial war against ivorians

URGENT /TO ALL AFRICANS ,PANFRICANISTS AND FREEDOM FIGHTERS
10 years now we are victims of an imperialist war to robe our land, belongings and our dignity as a people

There are many understandings about the real causes of the ivorian war since 19 september 2002. Some have exposed the arguments of xenophobia against african foreigners ,others have tried to accuse former president Laurent Gbagbo as beeing the ennemy number one of muslims no matter where they come from. None of the white supremacists and their media have ever tried to show the real causes of their permanent support for Ouattara Dramane Allassane ,the new president who was put into power sinc the 11th of APRIL 2011 after a military COUP planed and executed by the french ARMY along with the UN soldiers based in the country and supposed to bring peace and unity among our peoples.
In order to understand what is going on , i must start by stating that the Ivory coast have always been a country of hospitality and brotherhood for many foreigners both from the african continent or those from other regions of the world such Europe and America. And it is notoriuously known that Ivory coast population have more than 30 perecnt of foreign nationals include. And we have always been happy living with them for long ago
Lets recall that the former colonial masters of Ivory Coast who are the french never really let this country totally free since the given independance of 7th AUGUST 1960 under Houphouet Boigny the founding father who remained the firt ally of the french ruling machine until his death . The french have had the total control of the country in term of policies and day to day management of the countrys affairs with Houphouet Boigny till Henri Konan BEDIE who took power constitutionnaly in 1993 at the death of the first president.
In fact the Ivory Coast and its bordering countries have all been designed by a colonial decision wich never prevent the populations to travel and live from one part to an other one of the west african sub region freely . It is also well known that the ivorian destination is popular in Burkina Faso , Mali ,Niger and Ghana or other because of the its fertile land , its rich forest and plantations of cocoa and coffee . And it is well known that many farms workers who majoritarly come from Burkina have helped Ivory Coast to become the world first producer of cocoa and third coffee producer.
With the economical and financial crisis of the 80 s the IMF had imposed to african countries from the 90s ,hard policies called structural adjustements programs and sometimes their so called techoncrats as Prime ministers . This is how ALLASSANE OUATTARA who have been working in the IMF and also in the francophone regional french speaking countries Central Bank of the BECAO as a national of Burkina Faso was imposed to the former president Houphouet Boigny in order to rescue , according to them ,our economy. I must also recall that at those times the former president had to convince the hierachy of the former one party state ruling PDCI that as a foreigner Mr Allassane Ouattara should have never been involved in politics in Ivory Coast because he was a national of Burkina Faso . This is why it is widely spred in the ivorian people belives that the worst and bigest mistake of the founding father was to accept the imposition of a national of a foreign country to become our Prime Minister. HE WAS IN FACT A WESTERN PUPPET
Since he became a prominent figure in Ivory Coast the policies imposed to our people to sell a large part of the countrys companies and strategic bodies from all range of sector such as agriculture, mine, energy .Cuts in the schools budgets and the administration along with the privatisation policies that have worsened the economical crisis for which he was appointed for made our conditions so weakend. Wages were cut also , entreprises were closing down and even some big strategic compagnies like the ones in charges of the supply of electricity and water were given for free to french compagnies and individuals without any explanation to the people and the sick and very old president Houphouet Boigny.
Meanwhile Ouattara Dramane was the first to impose a new fee for foreign nationals, even west africans, to be able live in Ivory Coast as a way for him to get money for the solution of the financial crisis. At those times already Laurent Gbagbo , as a panfricanist opposed this decision to impose this new kind of visa and costly temporary stay.
Mr Ouattara who was Prime Minister until the sudden death of Houphouet Boignythe 07 december 1993 , have shown his first signs of threats to the stability of the country by refusing to resign as as Prime minister in order to allow a constitutional transition that would allow the chair of the National Parliament of that time BEDIE to come to power without problems. Fortunately Mr Laurent Gbagbo was fair enough to remind to the entire ivorian population at that time that we must all respect the constitution and shoul let the contitutional successor bedie take power without contestation.
Konan BEDIE reign was not a joke and a time of peace and freedom for Ouattara who had to return back to the IMF where he was appointed as Deputy Director.
According to BEDIE , who knew the young burkinabe student Ouatara when he was the ivorian ambassador inthe US could never accept the fact that OUATTARA wanted to be presidential canidate against him in 1995 . We all remember at that time that mr OUATTRA clearly accepted the decision that he could not be candiadte because the law of the country doesnt allow him to stand . And from that periode then Ouattara decide to bring violence into ivorian politics . He had promised a lot of times before the so called military coup detat of december 1999 that he would have beaten that regime of BEDIE up to his collapse .He tried in vain to convince Ivorians later that the regime was preventing him from being candidate bcause he is northerner and muslim , what i described as the most dangereous lies nobody has ever said in Ivory Coast before him.
Myself beeing from the North WEST particularly from Touba i was aware of the intentions of this ally of the western and colonial networks that were looking for a national or african puppet to achive their exploitation goals in our mother country. DIVIDE AND EXPLOIT
The coup detat of GENERAL Guei , which hapened on he 24 December 1999 was in reality planned and executed by the soldiers closed to ALLASSANE Ouattara with the backinjg of the french power during the era of Jacques Chirac one of the last fathers of the dangerous system called the FRANCAFRIQUE SYSTEM. There are thousands of evidences that Ouattara declared in the plane he took when going back to Ivory Coast from France soon after the military Coup DETAT , that he was going to take power and gave a lot of glasses of Champagne to other passengers in the plane to celebrate with him. He could have never imagine how big was his mistakes because the General Guei himself was very much interested into keeping the power for himself. This is how again Ouattara decided to reorganise his international campaign based on deceptives arguments about his affiliation when the Constitutional Court banned him again to stand during the presidential election of Octber 2000 by claiming that Ouattara was not eligible . The americans and french all know that he went o university and worked later in the IMF and BECEAO as a national of Burkina Faso. It is a matter of fact not speculations'
The victorious candidate of the 2000 election, president Laurent Gbagbo came to power ,FOLLOWING A POPULAR UPRISING ,after the attempt of Guei to confiscate power after his defeat at the election.
The same Ouattara who didnt even took part into the votes tried again , in vain, to send his supporters in the streets to prevent Gbagbo from effectively governing the country.
The new ennemy of the imperialist international community was now Laurent Gbagbo they never accepted as the Ivory Coast President. With his new way of defining the relation with the colinal french master, Gbagbo was presented in the western media as a populist or nationalist leader who didnt like foreigners while he was asking for justice and equity and real freedom for us .He wanted our relation with the western establishment to be fair while they had total control on our raw materials and goods.
In reality Laurent Gbagbo wanted to change the old system of Houphouet Boigny according to which the land belonged to those who exploit it. The new law voted by the ivorian Parliament under GBAGBO was an additional cause for the french imperialists to back Ouattara into organising a new coup detat wich failed and became a civil war after the 19 september 2002. This new rebelion was automatically backed by western powers , the UN and their machinery who never condamned the leadership of the rebellion led by SORO Guillaume , IB, WATAO, CHERIF OUSMANE, KONATE SIRIKI , CMDT FOFIE, WATAO and their friends who benefited from the helps of OUATTARA THEIR MAIN FUNDS PROVIDER
Since the very begining of the war, the western part f the Ivory Coast from which an important quantity of our cocoa and coffee is produced, was under the controle of the rebels who used to trade our production via Burkina Faso all these years . The mining sector of Ivory coast was under foreign control via the same Burkina Faso because Blaise Compaore , the most effective support of Ouattara Allssane in the western AFRICAN region along with the former senegalese president Abdoulaye WADE. The division of our territory since 19 th september 2002 was benfical to french and american compagnies and others who exploit our gold, diamond and cocoa and coffee at the expense of our population abandoned in the hands of the rebels and their foreign funds providers like Zamacom , Cargill and others Amajaro Negoce, ADM Cocoa sista, BARRY Callebaut and Cargill Cocoa......
Its must be fully emphasized that the largest part of the ivorian soldiers used by Ouattara and SORO where from Burkina FASO who gained a lot from this imperialit war in IVORY COAST. Blaise Compaore was the new ally of french imperialism after Houphouets death
So from the begining to now on there is a real movement of thousands if not millions of nationals of Burkina Faso who are coming into our forest mainly in the westen region and the South in order to populate these regions with new foreigners who will be used later as fake ivorian voters for the coming elections in our country to ensure OUATTARA an easy victory against any other ivorian candidate . These ones are also supposed to work for free or cheaply in the multinationals compagnies later because OUATTARA PROMISED THEM TO SELL TO THEM OUR LANDS , FORESTS AND PLANTATIONS.
The ivorian crisis have to be explained to all africans and people of justice and all freedom fighters around the globe so we all understand the big lies and plots of the western capitlist networks which exploit AFRICA since slavery. We must clearly state that Nicolas SARKOZY and his friend Hussen OBAMA Barak, manipulated the UN and forced Laurent Gbagbo to organise the presidential elections of the year 2011 without any desarmament from SOROS rebels despite their agreement during the Ouagadougou summits to do so before the general elections.

We are convinced that despite all this, LAURENT GBAGBO easily won the first round of the election according to the ivorian Constitutional Court decision which was accpeted by all parties involved in , even the UN . But the second round was violently disrupted and the election in the northern, western and eastern regions were disturbed when OUATTARA and his rebels realised since the morning of the second round that BEDIE supporters were not reporting their votes like they were expecting . Many of BEDIE s voters refused even to go to vote for somebody they knew him as foreigner.

There are many evidences that GBAGBO representatives were beaten, chased, and violently kept far away from the ballot boxes so that SORO soldiers could put as much votes they wanted in the ballot boxes. At the end in some areas , Ouattara had more voters than the total number of populations registered in the electoral lists in many areas .
The Electoral Commission led by YOUSSOUF BAKAYOKO which should have declared the results within three working days failed to do so within the constitutional periode . This is why the Constitutional COURT led by Professor YAO PAUL NDRE had to give the final results according to the Ivorian constitution . The victory of LAURENT Gbagbo was clear and without contestation because the law had been said . This was inacceptable for the french colonial master who had to impose its ally known as OUATTARA.
Unfortunatly the american and the french Ambassadors kidnaped the President of the Electoral Commission, 24 hours after , took him, to the elecotral campaign headquarter of Ouattara and before the international press , without any respect for our constitution , declared OUATTARA ALLSSANE , their candidate, the newly elected preisdent of our country. What a shame for AFRICA? This is the truth and the sad situation of our continent and world today. They ignored the violence organised by the Forces Nouuvelles every where in the Nord. They ignored the irregularities that happened.
In response to all these plots , misbehaves and shamefull attitude of the so called international community , Laurent Gbagbo only responded by asking them to recount the votes in order to show the world community how much he believes in democracy and freedom. He just wanted to make sure all humanity sees what was the truth about the ivorian elections.
The UN General Secretary shamefully responded that it was unfair to the ivorian people to recount the votes.THEY HAD THEIR SOLUTION. This is how they decided to use the guns , their planes and killing machines to attack our country . They bombarded the presidential palace, helped the rebels to kill our population from the North to the SOUTH and on their way they organised the GUERE Genocide in the region of DUEKOUE were more than 800 people of the guere ethnic group were killed the same day . some of these killings are clearly identified by various evidences from videos films to pictures and testimonies of living victims.
By this way they wanted to stop the struggle of the ivorians masses who know what is the nature of our ennemi. Yes our ennemi is the french colonial power and the the american hegemony that are exploiting and killing Africans, workers and youths around the globe. Our struggle is the same
Finally i must clearly invite all africans around the world to wake and stand up because since the slavery , to colonial years up to today nothing have changed but it is even becoming worse. They use their media, their financial powers and do more opennly today what they used to hide before. PATRICE LUMUMBA , THomas Sankara , Muhamar GADAFI HAVE NOT BEEN KILLED FOR NOTHING . We must fight for the entire liberation of the african continent
We ivorians who have fled from our country since the french coup detat of the 11 th April 2011 are calling upon all freedom fighters, panfricanists and all humans beeings to react and support our struggle for freedom because our country is in the trap of foreign powers with the help of ivorian pupets corrupted and without dignity . These traitors want to give away our land , and our dignity to western foreign imperialists institutions and rulers who have to violently re colonise Africa again because the capitalist system is becomming poorer and poorer .
We urge anyone , White, Yellow, Black to help us stop Ouattara killing machine which is still puting us in jail, occupying our lands , forest and houses without any reaction from the so called international community. It is because the fake president Ouattara has nothing to share with the ivorians that he keep on killing us , ill treating us up to today nearly two years since he is in power
We know that our dignity remain in our struggle .Our future and prosperity depend on our permanent struggle . We believe in Panafricanism but we hate all kinds of traitors who betray our mother land and the entire african continent from centuries to now.
We share the suffering of our people and want to share the struggle of all Black and African people exploited and empoverished all other the world
